Prepare the fish fillets by washing and drying them carefully, taking care not to break the fillets so that they remain compact to cover the rice. Put them on a plate and let cool in the fridge for the time you need to prepare for the rectangles of rice.


Take the rice for Sushi and cut small rectangular croquettes, the width that you prefer. On each of these put a pinch of Wasabi (the green sauce very spicy!).
Take the fish fillets from the fridge and cut into rectangular slices large at least as the rectangles of rice or a little more.


Prepare some bowls of soy sauce for dipping the Sushi and to accompany the dish.
Before serving, lay on the flat rectangles with the fish and beside, a pinch of wasabi sauce and the sliced ginger.
