Finely slice the onion and cook it on low heat, in a pan with half an dl of oil. When it's well browned, add salt and pepper to taste, then the thyme and parsley. Cease the fire, add the beaten egg with a little milk, the bread crumbs and mix well.


Spread the dough with a rolling pin in a sheet of a few millimetres thick, place it in a buttered and sprinkled with flour baking tray, cover the bottom and let the edges fall out (remove the excess with a lacy cutter).


Pour the onion composition over the dough, arrange on top of it the washed and dried tomatoes, sprinkle the chopped basil and oil.


Bake it for about 45 minutes on medium heat. You cand serve it hot or cold.
