Directions
1.

Boil the Trofie and drain them “al dente”.

In the meantime, brown the bacon in a frying pan then add the peas and adjust to taste.
Mix this sauce with the béchamel sauce and the Mozzarella cheese into small pieces.
Beat the egg with a little water and mix it with the pasta.

3.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, pour a little pasta and level, mix the sauce with the remaining pasta and pour this also into the pan.
Put some butter and bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.
